Frequently Asked Questions
What can I expect in my first session?
Your first session is a full-body assessment. We’ll check your mobility, strength, posture, and movement patterns. From there, we tailor a plan that fits your goals, lifestyle, and current ability. You’ll leave with a clear picture of what we’re improving and how we’ll get there.
Do I need to be fit or flexible to start?
Not at all. Most of my clients start because they feel stiff, restricted, or out of sync with their body. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll build real mobility, strength, and control—without pain or intimidation.
How often do I need to train with you?
That depends on your goals! Strong and pain-free? Dreambody Transformation? Staying in the game? Most clients start with one to two sessions per week. We’ll find the right rhythm for your schedule and goals. You’ll also get tailored routines you can do at home or while traveling, so you’re never left guessing.
Where do the sessions take place?
Art of Physio HQ in Amsterdam or Bussum. I also offer at-home training for clients who prefer the convenience of staying in, with a premium for travel.
What kind of results can I expect?
Expect to feel better fast—many clients feel noticeable improvements in movement and posture within the first few weeks. Long-term, you’ll move with more ease, build lasting strength, and feel confident in your body, whether that’s for sports, work, or daily life.
Is this like regular personal training?
No. This isn’t about random exercises or cookie-cutter programs. I use a joint-by-joint approach based on science and mobility training systems used by pro athletes and physios. It’s personal, precise, and built to make you feel and perform your best.
What's your approach to injuries or pain?
Many of my clients come to me with past injuries or chronic stiffness. I work closely with physiotherapists and use mobility-based strength training to improve your range of motion and reduce pain. We always train safely and with long-term joint health in mind.
What should I wear or bring to a session?
Wear something comfortable you can move in—think gym gear or yoga clothes. No need to bring equipment; everything you need is provided at the studio.
